MULTISOURCE organised its 2nd Workshop gender equality

MULTISOURCE project has organised its 2nd Workshop gender equality on Tuesday, March 15 to raise awareness about specific problems, objectives and potentials of stakeholders, by gender, which will be affected by the project. 

The workshop’s objectives were:

• To provide an overview of gender mainstreaming processes at EU coordination level as well as in project practice;
• To identify possibilities for integrating gender mainstreaming in MULTISOURCE activities;
• To identify opportunities and challenges of mainstreaming gender in MULTISOURCE activities, discussing possible solutions

Through the workshop, participants learnt how to include a gender-sensitive methodology in the development and implementation of the project in order to ensure it will have an equal impact on all diverse groups and that the diversity of visions is included in the implementation of activities.
